   Robert M. DeWitty

Robert DeWitty is a registered U.S. patent attorney with more than 15 years of experience in the field of intellectual property prosecution. Robert focuses on patent and IP rights acquisition, developing pre-litigation strategies, and litigation.

Robert’s experience includes serving as a legal consultant at World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), serving as the Intellectual Property (IP) Specialist at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (Hong Kong), and working as a Patent Examiner in both the electrical and chemical arts in the United States Patent Office (USPTO), and serving as Attorney Advisor in the USPTO.  

Jose Dees

Jose Dees is a registered U.S. patent attorney with more than 36 years of experience in the field of patent prosecution at the United States Patent and Trademark. Jose’s experience includes serving as a patent examiner, supervisory patent examiner, special programs examiner, quality assurance specialist and petition examiner. Jose’s has experience in chemical and electrical patent prosecution and examination procedure reviewing director’s decisions.

Thurman K. Page

Mr. Page is a United States Registered patent attorney with more than 40 years experience in the field of patent prosecution.  Mr. Page served as a patent examiner (Chemical Arts), Supervisory Patent Examiner (Chemical Arts), and Supervisory Petitions Examiner (Office of Petitions).  

 Raymond Covington

Mr. Covington is a registered U.S. patent attorney, including bar’d before the U.S. Supreme Court, with more than 35 years experience in the field of patent prosecution. Mr. Covington served as a patent examiner (chemical), reviewing inventive technologies ranging from pharmaceuticals to alternative fuels. Mr. Covington assists in client advocacy, patent analysis, pre-litigation implementation, and litigation support.

Yanyan Wang

Dr. Wang serves as a Patent Agent at DeWitty and Associates, Chtd.  Dr. Wang  holds a PhD from Georgetown University in the field of physical chemistry.  

Adam Sirak

Mr. Sirak serves as paralegal DeWitty and Associates, Chtd.  Mr. Sirak holds a bachelors degree from University of Georgia in literary arts.
